Still nothing

I was told the 14th that the sleep doc would be calling me and today is the 22nd and I still haven't heard anything. I called Tuesday this week, yesterday and this morning. It is the last thing I need to get my date. It is so frustrating to be approved and not have a date. I have been approved for almost a month now. I could just scream !!!!! Ok, done venting now. Michelle, I know this isn't the answer you want ~~ but just have patience. This whole process we're partaking in has a lot to do with patience. I believe everything happens for a reason . . . maybe that is what's going on now. I had several setbacks before my surgery and I'm so thankful everything happened the way it did. I know it's hard, but hang in there... Janie

Michelle, they all say things for a reason and i know how disappointing is when they dont move as fast as we want them...and honestly i dont blame you one bit...i was the same as you are. Yeah i am almost 11 months out and i do remember how frustrating it is...keep your chin up......lynda

Michelle, One thing i have learned and i am sure alot of other people can say the same thing is miss communitaction. one place will say one thing and the other says something differently. So call every day till you get your appointment. One they will get tired of you calling and they get snotty to you well get snotty right back. Just be nice at first just say hey i know you might be really busy but this was suppose have been scheduled and tell them when. some times you talk to one person they write it down but then another person didnt know. I am just not saying about this surgery. My mom was suppose to go see this one dr. she asked me to walk up there (cuz it is 3 blocks from my apt) and change the appt. so i did well she got a reminder in the mail. she called me and said i thought you cancelled it for me last month i was like yeah i did mom. so i called back to the drs office and it was in the pc that i came up and cancelled it but they forgot to cancelled it. sometimes they get busy and they dont finish doing what they are suppose to do. but we all are human and make mistakes. but if you are anything like the rest of us here we take it personally. so dont just keep calling till you get your results you want. if you need anything else let me know........lynda
