6 month checkup

Had my 6 month checkup yesterday. Dr. Shinnerl is pleased with my progress thus far. He sees no reason for me not to hit goal weight of 145-150. For those that I have referred to Dr. S I have to say thank you. They told me you handed out compliments to me! Made my day hearing positive feedbacks! Oh, depending on whose scale I use I'm down 65 lbs according to their scale, 68 on my PC's scale...hmmm now which one sounds better?! I also took my camera in so I could get a pic with him. I'm good for another 6 months which will be year anniversary unless something else comes up in the mean time. Can't see any problems now being this far out. I will continue to get blood work done every 3 months at my PC's just to keep on track. Blood work was good & I'm happy about that. Discussed the fact nobody was there for support group & he was upset about that & is trying to get something going again. I volunteered my services to help out if needed. Have a good weekend. Doing great~~that is a bummer about the support group, hopefuly with your help you guys can get something going again.....Support groups are really important I think, I wish there were more around here!
