HI ALL!!!

Hey there~! I have a few minutes before work and thought I would stop by and give a shout to you all! I had my 8 month check yesterday. I have lost 135 pounds since Feb 6 04~~!! In total that makes 163 since Nov last year! WOW! My BP is 112/72 and my cholesterol is 138! I was carrying in groceries the other day and DANG! HOW in HE** did I ever lug around 163 pounds! Is it not just amazing what our bodies can adapt to? I want to say HEY to Jesi! HEY!!! I hope all goes well with your surgery!! I am wearing 18/20 stretch pants now and XL tshirts!!! WOW! I am FREEZING, so I need to be on the lookout for a winter coat! Anyone else notice that their taste buds have changed? Before the surgery I cou;dn't stand hot and spicey or bitter food. NOW the HOTTER the better! and I CRAVE things bitter! it is SO weird! We went to the Mall of America last weekend, and I got totally hooked on LATTEs!!! Starbucks and Caribou Coffee are AWESOME! Sugar free vanilla latte with skim milk is SO TOTALLY cool! Thank God for The Warm Kitchen here in Carroll!!!!! I really am thinking about getting a espresso machine, tho, the cost of this NEW habit is going to kill me!! LOL!! And, Lynda....hope things are looking better for you! Tracie, I hear you I was never cold before, I mean I wore shorts in the winter and t-shirts and never really needed a winter coat, now I walk around the house in a robe and slippers and have a fleece blanket on my lap just to stay warm. I have been craving some cappucino but had not been able to find anything I thought safe to drink. I'll give that s/f vanilla latte a try though there's a starbucks at the local Target store have to see if they have. BY THE WAY AWESOME JOB on the weight loss. I am still trying to get that century mark so very close now I can taste it. Ha Ha. Have a great weekend as well looks like it's going to be beautiful.

Hi Tracie on your weight loss I was the same way, could wear shorts year round, not anymore! Have turned the furnace on already! MMMMMmmmm lattee sounds good! Carolyn
