Back from vacation

Got back today and did a LOT of damage at the outlet mall. And this time it was really fun! I was picking out a pair of pants to go with a sweater and the saleslady said, try on the 16. I thought she was probably crazy. They FIT! Actually, I also bought 2 pairs of 14s and they are just a tiny snug but I can wear them! And large tops! Down from a 3X and 24-26!! Don't think I probably lost any wt this week tho. Had the tendancy to want to graze on crackers and sugar free Moose Munch (from Harry & David). Had a really bad episode with chicken. It was tender and moist and got stuck really good! I 3 times before it finally went thru. I was getting pretty worried and was wondering how long to wait before going to the emergency room. It finally went thru. I really am beginning to hate meat. But tonight I fixed a filet mingon. Oh, did that ever taste good and went down really well. Can I have that for every meal? Lyn

Sorry to hear that you got sick from the chicken, I too had a bad experience Friday night from tator tot casserole....haven't felt that bad in a long time, we live and we learn!
