BC/BS Blue Access...Info plzz

I have been fighting with Coventry for a year. I just got ins thru my employer. It is BC/BS Blue Access. Does anyone know anything about it? I only saw one(1) in the insurers. It paid. Any info would be deeply appreciated. Thanks Deb
