UNDER 200!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!
Janie,
No bowing, please. The kudos and support that I get from everyone here is wonderful, too. Thank you. I make sure to tell everyone when I tell them that I have had surgery, that I have to work very hard to make the healthy lifestyle changes required for our success. I will NOT let them say this is the easy way out.
Thanks for your support and kudos!
God bless,
Andrea
Thanks, Melinda! And, thank you Jesus for my new found health. May it continue to bring glory to YOUR name!
That's a lot of oz! Thanks for figuring that! My next goal weight-wise is to be at 175 pounds. I think that's all the lower that I want to aim. When I get to that point, I will see how I feel and with doctors, determine if I need to lose any more. My pcp said I should get no lower than 150-160. I figure that I have to take some increased muscle mass into consideration because of working out. OH MY GO****5 is only 24.5 pounds away. NO WAY!!!!! I have serious image issues, because that just doesn't register with the ole brain!
I'm going to have a good weekend. Going to hit the gym for a work out tomorrow morning, hit the second hand stores to clothe my butt, go visit my new nephew (one week old), and do the walk for obesity at our local hospital. Sometime during the weekend, I have to find time for family, (the kids are going to walk with me tomorrow, even they don't know it yet), cleaning, cooking for the upcoming week, etc., etc., etc.......... Boy, it's a good thing that I am not lugging around all that weight that I had before, because I would never accomplish that much!!
Thanks for the kudos - they're much appreciated!
God bless,
Andrea
