Support of others
It is amazing how being around other WLS people will help a persons mood. Being able to see the successes of others is inspiring!
I attended a local support meeting tonight and left with a much better attitude. I drove straight to Walmart to buy ingredients and new things for me to try. I sped home in the fog...eeks...and had to try a something new, fried cheese sprinkled with garlic powder and all I can say is OMG!!! I am hooked!!! I barely got any, my hubby jumped all over it! He eats before he goes to work at night and helped himself. I originally thought I would get to take a couple pieces in my lunch tomorrow, but not now! lol
Thank you everyone for being so open. Again, you are all inspiring.

That fog was scary huh??? I didn't care for it either! I was too tired when I got home....a little after 10.....but I had a cheese crisp this mroning for sure~I put some onion and garlic powder on mine....yummy!! I made my hubby one too!! I didn't have any shredded mozz so I used a shredded mexican combo and I didn't care for it as much as Andreas mozz one she made me, so I am off to the store later to get some mozz!! I am also gonna pick up the stuff to make her fruit tart thingy! It was great visiting with you last night!! You are doing great, just try not to be so hard on yourself!!! Jesi.....By the way I just read that your town is having city wide garage sales Sat morning?? Are they any good, I might come!!! Take Care!
Kathy Jo,
I'm so glad that you were there last night. Please remember that we are always here for you. If you click on my name, it will take you to my profile and you can click on "email me" and send me an e-mail anytime. I'll share my phone number if you want to call also. Might just have to get together on Friday night at the drive in with Jesi.
You are doing awesome! Keep up the wonderful work. I will post my recipe for the fried cheese crisp along with the fruit tart later.
Keep in touch.
God bless,
Andrea
