Inspirations

What are your inspirations? A song maybe? A mentor? Mine are: the song Feeling Better Everyday by Chicago Being a mentor (or trying) Janet has been my best mentor, inspiration & great friend My family & their great support AMOS Family Dr. Shinnerl, Kathy, Jo & Sherry Before & After pics...do you look for someone who weighs the same as you when you started your journey? I do & someone who is about or the same height. I think oh my I could look like that in the future?! The mirror The scales (sometimes the enemy!) Running into someone you haven't seen for awhile & they walk by you only to turn around & say Carolyn??!! Compliments, especially from those who you would least expect to give those out. I know I said family, but my dad who is not only dad but my best friend. He tells me over & over how proud he is of me only after he tells me to turn around so he can see my butt to see if I'm losing! Carnie, she was a great inspiration not only seeing her but her books are fantastic! BTW I bought her books from Amazon.com for 1/2 the price (new) than what you would pay at book stores. They are also taking orders now for her cookbook. My family physician Ok the list could go on & on. And so could I Carolyn
