I'm Overweight!

Hi Everyone! I just can't help myself...I needed to share this with someone. I weighed in at 185 pounds today; which, with my height of 5' 6", makes me officially 'overweight' (barely, with a BMI of 29.9). Whether it will remain the same tomorrow, I have no idea; but, I am bookmarking today as the milestone. It is actually starting to sink in that this surgery may just 'work' for me after all...I am just so used to failing at diets and giving up on them, it's hard to believe that this is working for me. I still have difficulty seeing it for myself; so, I guess I will need to take my family and friends words for it for now. Thank you all for being my friends, supporters and family (and continuing to be)...I truly do not know what I would have done without all of you! How exciting Sherry And a big ole' CONGRATS! That is my next goal that I am patiently waiting on.....or maybe I should say NOT so patieintly.....lol! I seems so awesome that now that you have your eating plan under wraps, looks to me the weight is coming off again, you have got to be so happy!!!! Once you figured out you had to limit the carbs bigtime, you have really picked up some speed.......first century and now this.....WOOOOHHOOOO!!! I have been dealing with major gyno problems STILL......So I know how hard the PCOS makes this for us.....BUt you are doing awesome! Take Care and keep up the GREAT work!!! Jesi
