Hair Loss?
It really does depent on the individual. I haven't lost much at all. But I have kept my protein level up around 80 since the beginning. Protein and vitamins seem to be key for me. But what works for me may not for you. Just remember, it will grow back. And, it's only hair! A small sacrifice for being thin.
I know it's only hair...but....LOL! I know. I think I will try keeping my protein level up. I am a FREAK about my hair. I only use professional products and I am just weird like that. My surgeon's office says 60 but more can't hurt can it? With all the vitamins and things, I think I will be more healthy vitiamins wise than I am now. Thanks for the reply.
