PS Suggestions

Hi all, I haven't posted in a while, but have been here lurking. I was wondering if anyone can provide suggestions for a PS. I have had a consult with Dr. Cram already and though he is good, his prices have really jumped since he left the U of I (a belt was $13,500 at the U, now it is $22,000 at Mercy.) Even the cost of having the breasts done seems really high to me ($9600). So I wanted to find out if there was any one here who used a different PS and are pleased with their results. I have dropped 116# and don't have a huge panni. Just seems like the belly, butt and breasts are all sagging and in need of a lift. Any suggestions? Janine 5/16/03 - Barix Clinic 273/156/150

I heard Ali really went up in price since leaving U of I for Mercy too! I think that is why they left.....so they could jack up prices and make even more money! There is a plastic surgeon here in Dubuque, I have called her, and she sys she works with a lot of gastric bypass patients...I have a friend who had her boobs done through her and loves her.....Her name is Dr. Erin Kennedy...she seems very reasonably priced and being in CR you aren't far from here.....let me know if you want more info like her number or something.....Take Care Jesi

Sorry, Janine, don't have any info to share because it will be a while before looking into plastics. I can tell you that compared to the prices from a ps here in the Quad Cities that came to our support group - those do seem pretty high. Good luck in your quest! God bless, Andrea
