Lynda, Yea, for you! It really makes all the work worth it, when we can have those kinds of happy moments. Keep up all the hard work, and enjoy the successes! TTFN Jackie

Lynda, Congratulations on your shrinking clothes! I bet you feel awesome! I wore 16's in high school. To be young and hot again...lol Way to go Lynda! I haven't seen a big change yet in clothes. But man are my hands and body dry - did you or anybody else experience this? Have a great Labor Day! Take Care GF! Carol

Carol, Yep, I did get dried out, very badly. Whenever I start to dehydrate, the first clue that I get is my fingertips start to get dried out. My opinion is that you need more water. Are you getting in at least 64 oz? Drink, up, hon!! God bless, Andrea

Way to go Lynda! I found a blouse on clearance the other day & couldn't resist spending a whole $3 for it! Size 16/18!!! Been since my high school days (been out for 31 yrs now!) since I wore that size! Walking on air is the best description!!! will be in Carroll that weekend, sure you'll be out of town! Have fun at the reunion! Carolyn

Congrats, Lynda! I also am in an 18 now and know that 16s are only a few weeks away. If I don't get some new clothes soon, I will be naked and my students wouldn't like it. Let me check my calendar about that weekend. What are you and Laurie doing? God bless, Andrea

From experience, that is the best... I had a goal shirt of an 18/20... I fit in it now which is great but I went and bought another goal shirt.. an XL stretchy tank top for 4 bucks.... I went home and tried it on to see how far before being able to fit in my next goal shirt... IT FIT!! It was cool!! Now my goal shirt is a 14! Someday soon!! I can't believe how far I've come.. My year anniversay is in 9 days!! Bye for now!! Jen
