Laurie, Hi! How are you? Why does it seem that we all fight that nasty carb monster? I'm sure that you will do good on your goals. How is it going with the house cleaning? Hope all is well. May you forever be blessed by God, Andrea

Hi Andrea & OH gang! Goals for the week? Hmmmm...well probably same as it is weekly, boring life huh?! walk walk walk water water water & hey how about some more water?! buying bike today so ride like a bat out of hell!!!! get under 200 (need to do my weekly weigh in yet) My biggest inspirations of life would have to be my parents. Even though mom is gone I feel like she is with me daily & I know she would be proud of my success. Dad & my kids are so supportive & have been all along, it's a great feeling! Everyone have a great week. Carolyn

Carolyn, Are you riding that bike yet? Get going, girlie!!! I'm sure that you will do wonderfully on your goals this week. Another one to add to the "under 200" goal. Aren't parents inspiring? I am really close to my mom and miss my dad greatly. He only showed his true love for us girls and his girlfriend the last 10 years or so of his life. He had a smile that was contagious!! Thanks for bringing up some great memories! May God bless you greatly this week, Andrea

1) Protein! 2) Water! 3) Exercise! Joining Curves at the end of the week. Inspiration...hmmm...My high school choir teacher. He was the greatest. Both my sister's had him at the beginning of his career and I had him at the end of it. He retired the year after I graduated. (my next sister is 11 years older than I am) For encouragement, counseling, flexibility, and understanding. Great Man. Kelly B.

Kelly, How are you doing? Are you not getting in your fluids and protein? Get on the ball with those!!! Like I said earlier, my mom just joined Curves. Hope that you like it. I knew it! I knew that someone would have a teacher as their inspiration. For all of us teachers - thank you for recognizing him. God's blessings to you this wonderful week, Andrea

Doing good, I had my 6 week yesterday and I'm down 32.5! I get it in but not as much as they want. But I'm trying! I made my isopure shake this morning with AE SF Chocolate Milk and some banana. REally takes away the nasty protein shake aftertaste and smell. I'm sipping at that right now. And I'll start on my water when I'm done with that. I get at least 32 oz of water in from 7:30 to 4 while at work then I take in about another 23 oz when I get home. Not 64...but getting closer. Kelly B.

DeeAnn, CONGRATS ON BEING UNDER 200!!!! I can't imagine it! You must be doing something right to get down that far! Good luck on the goals this week. Posting is good - more than twice is better... Keep up with the healthy choices! May God pour out HIS love upon you this week, Andrea
