low blood sugars

I need a little help....has anyone else had problems with low blood sugars? I had a little problem with this before my surgery in January and have really not had any problems up until now. Now I about passed out at work yesterday and I'm feeling like it again today.....any suggestions?

Jenni, Are you sure that it's low blood sugars? I get dizziness frequently. My surgeon thinks that it is when I am dehydrated. Still haven't found an answer why this is happening. Please consult your physician or surgeon. Hope that you figure it out. God bless, Andrea
