IC/Coralville Support group???

Is anyone aware of an Iowa City/Coralville support group that is already meeting? If not, is anyone interested in getting together? I am 10 days from surgery and it seems like I just need to talk to someone else who understands WLS and everything that goes along with it. My family is great and listens well but a support group here would be really helpful as my surgery will be in Cedar Falls, a bit of a trip... going there to the support group is usually not feasible.

Chris, I'm not sure how far Cedar Falls is from you, but I know that Davenport has a good support group through Genesis Center for Bariatric Surgery. I go monthly. If I remember, it is only about an hour from Coralville. Let me know if you want more info. God bless, Andrea
