Hello... I found a treat made with splendia that I really like. They are icecream sandwiches that have the following in them... Per Sandwich (which is round like a big cookie) 1.5 grams fat Total cals 140 Total carbs 32 grams (so that is counted as two units of carbs) Protein 4 grams Sugars 5 grams Potassium 135 mg I have also B4 WLS - tried skinny cows which I like a little better than these. Because I am no longer a sweet freak I can only eat about 1/2 of a sandwich. I purchased them at Hyvee. Have a good day!!! I go tomorrow for my 6week check up... Hugs Melinda

These are really good. For some reason yogurt seems to take care of that sweet tooth craving I get on occassion! I love the Sweet Freedom yogurt, vanilla creame is to kill for! Carolyn

ALL treats from SKINNY COW are da' bomb... I totally love them. But even at almost 3 years out only eat 1/2 of one it seems to do the trick. God Bless and take care Melinda. Paula PS you're in my prayers sweetie..

Melinda, Those sound yummy. Tell me more, please, about counting "units" of carbs. I have even found some "no sugar added" ice cream sandwiches from Wal - Mart - their brand - that were pretty good. The only prob is that I don't have control enough to have those often. Usually break down to buy something sweet during pms, but have controlled myself a little better this time. Enjoy them!! God bless, Andrea

Andrea, Counting carbs per unit is a diabetic way to count carbs. I learned how to do it when I had gestational diabetes. It is also kinda like WW way of counting. Which is one of the healthest ways to count carbs. I heard a guy on TV say that you need carbs so all these people on these really low carb diets could be hurting themselves. I am going to go back on my diabetic diet so that I can get some weight off. I haven't been eating as well as I should this past week or so and I don't want to think I can eat what I want and still loose. Check out a diabetic diet and counting carbs it is really easy to do. Thanks for the support sweetie... Melinda
