Three months today!

I can hardly believe it's been 3 months already. Yet it seems like a hundred yrs ago! Stange. I'm at 57 pounds (hoped to be at 60) and 35 inches. I knew after last week's 5 pound loss, that this week would be bad. Only a pound. But at least it was a pound down and not up. I'm anxious to get to 60 and then 63 cuz then I'll be under 200. My ol' body is gonna make me be patient. Not one of my strong suits. I'm averaging about 3 pounds a week and 14 a month. Hope I can keep that up. I want to thank everyone for their support and encouragement. I wouldn't be as sane as I am without all of you! Blessing to all! Lyn

Congratulations Lyn. Sounds like to me you are do so good. Think anybody else you know lost almost 60 pounds in 3 months?. Not me...LOL So pat yourself of the back and keep loosing.
