Question

Can somebody tell me what a Stricture is exactly?? I keep hearing people talk about it, but I'm clueless as to what it is. Thanks!

Kitty, My understanding is that a stricture is a narrowing of the stoma - the opening of the stomach into the intestine. Narrowing can be caused by scar tissue after the surgery. I'm sure that there is more to it. If you go to the library of this site, you can get more information. Also, others will have more info for you.
