Update
Hi
I have been in a lot of pain. Besides not able to eat. I went to see my surgeon Wednesday. He has scheduled me for August 5, to do the EGD and also to do a D & C. I've been having my period for the last 4 months. If the results from the D &C come back negative for cancer. I will be scheduled for the following week (he hopes and I hope) for a hysterectomy. I can't take ibrophen or aspirin products and tyenol is not working. I am to the point where all I want to do is cry, cause it hurts so bad. The surgeon said I should have a hysterectomy 2 years ago, when I really started having more problems with the bleeding. He's upset with my family doctor.
He also said once I loose another 70 pounds, he'll be talking about doing the tummy tuck. Can't believe. My goal was I would take this slow and maybe a year or two I would have the tummy tuck. WoW! Couldn't believe it.
Well, better close for now. But will keep updating. I'll make sure I update after my appointment on Thursday.
Thank you all for your support

Lisa,
Sorry to hear that you're having problems. No fun at all, I am sure. My sis had many health problems with endometriosis and such and ended up with a hysterectomy. It can sound like not such a great option, but when you're in constant pain and just miserable, what's the alternative?
I'm praying that the EGD goes well and they can find the source of the problem for your eating.
Hang in there, it may take a procedure or two, but hopefully things will get much better soon!! (((((((((((HUGS))))))))))))))))

Hi Lisa...I'm sorry to hear you're in such pain. That is SO miserable.
I have severe endometriosis, and know I'm a candidate for a hysterectomy some day, but am trying to buy a few more years. I've always wondered if weight loss would lighten my periods, but it doesn't sound like that's been the case for you.
Hang in there and let us know what you find out.
