I'm still here

Had computer problems - finally back. Leveled off at 185 - a total loss of 169 pounds since 10/03. If I don't lose another pound I will still be happy as a lark because my goal weight was/is 180. Just letting you 'guys' what is going on. Lester

Lester, CONGRATS!! Wow - you've lost almost what I weigh now! Isn't it amazing that less than a year ago you were, in effect, carrying around a whole other person? How does our body adapt to all the weight? The body is such a miracle. It's easier now to see why it would grump and groan at us when we wanted to do things?? And now, well I know I feel so much better and I'll bet you do too! You may be suprised too, you may yet lose a few more pounds. It hasn't quite been a year yet since your procedure. Wow, Lester, you continue to be an inspiration. Glad that you finally got that computer fixed - I was wondering where you were! Are you going to continue to try to lose more or maintain now?
