Just got home today! I hope you did too Kendra!

I had my lap RNY Tuesday and am now resting comfortably at home. Surgery went great! No complications and not as much pain as I had expected. I am so glad that I went through with it. My husband had his done on July 6th and after watching his first day post-op, I was almost ready to chicken out! I am SOO happy I didn't. I can't wait to join the losing side!! And, if Kendra is reading this - I hope your surgery went as well as mine did. I prayed for the both of us and have been thinking about you! I'm going to keep checking to see if there is an update to how you are doing! Even though we don't know each other, I feel a connection with our same surgery date!! Good luck!!

Hi Jill I am so thankful you made through, I posted about Kendra's status but nothing reported yet. Anyway... don't overdue things and get plenty of fluids. Rest and relax. Jill, Glad to hear that you and your husband are doing well. Hopefully we'll hear from Kendra soon. Congrats on not chickening out.
