SOS Meeting in Des Moines

Hiya! Well, I finally had a Saturday free and thought I'd go to the SOS meeting. For some reason I thought it was at 10:30 -- was it at 10:00? I arrived at 10:30 but there was nobody there. I did see a few people walking out with water bottles, which made me think that maybe there was a meeting and I was just too late. Anyway -- I did try to make and I'm sorry that I missed you. An SOS meeting stands for Support on Saturdays and anyone is welcome to attend. This is not tied to any hospital or group specifically, it is for whoever is needing support. We meet in the basement of the Park Fair Mall located at the corner of 2nd Ave. and Euclid at 10:00 AM on the second and fourth Sat. of each month. Hope to see you there. Stephanie

Leave it to me to get the time wrong. My surgery has been scheduled for August 10th, so it looks like I won't be able to make a meeting before then. I hope to meet all of you afterwards. Thanks! Martha
