Hi I am bored and can not sleep. I work night shift so on my days off my sleep is really out of wack! Everyone else is and I have to be quiet. I hope everyone is doing good. Sounds like everyone had a good time seeing carnie from what I read on the yahoo website and here. I am down 98 pounds and had my surgery March 4 so I think I am on track. I have noticed the more I exercise the more that comes off. instead of walking 6-7 miles a week add on another 3-5 really makes a difference and I feel so much better. I have no regrets with this surgery thanks to dr.G. I have my life back. I still hate to eat. that is how I feel when I eat no matter how much or what it is. I do ok with my water and milk. well I wish everyone a good weekend it is georgous!

Kimberly, Wow - 98 pounds in 4 and a half months - that is wonderful!!! I can relate with the walking, it is one exercise that I truly enjoy. Did you ever struggle with eating just because you wanted to eat? That is one of my issues still - fighting the head hunger. I wish that I hated to eat and could win this war with food obsessions. Obviously, I am in a lifetime battle that I WILL WIN!! Are you taking supplements regularly to make up for the lack of food? Do you eat regularly? Glad that you can do water and milk, but you need nutrition also. Keep us posted, God bless, Andrea

Hi everyone I do eat. I just hate how I feel after I eat. If I lack in protein for the day then I will supplement with a protein bar. Everything that goes in my mouth is protein first then veggie and trying fruit but really feel crappy after I eat fruit. Probably the natural sugars in the fruit. I get my protein in everyday I make sure of that. I do take vitamins with minerals every day along with my B12, Calcium, Vit C, iron and my Lexapro got to stay happy! I really don't have much of a problem with head hunger. Something may sound good or smell good but I don't crave anything. It is so weird. I went from an endless apetite and craving everything to pretty much hating food. But now it is different I have to eat to maintain my health so I look at it in a whole new perspective. I also enjoy walking and good job gilda with the 1 mile don't push yourself too fast or too soon. Baby steps and you will get their I did my walking this way. Today was beautiful out and I pulled weeds FUN! Going camping in our backyard tonight with the kids try out our new tent. Nice hearing from you all! Kim
