Tomorrow will be my 6 month anniversery date for wls. Many ups and downs but would do all over in a heart beat. 90 lbs lighter makes such a big change that I was wondering what others are doings or want to do with their new life? For 10 years I have had an interest in kayaking but was not able to do it due to being so heavy. Well gang, now I am kayaking and really enjoy it. What a great feeling to get into this little kayak and paddle all over the lake. Tell me what new things you are doing or plan to do as the pounds fall off? Life is good.

Oh My Gosh, Bob, that is so awesome. I can't imagine kayaking. It must be a remarkable feeling. I myself walked a 4 mile race last weekend. Couldn't have dreamed of that before surgery! Still planning on hitting Great America with the kids and riding as many rides as I can fit into the day!!! Life is good - God is good, God bless, Andrea
