Surgeon Statistics

Can anyone tell me how to find out statistics on a particular surgeon? i.e. How many surgeries he has done, how many have leaked, how many have died, etc. Thank you, Kerry Campbell

The best way to find out is to ask the surgeon.......They have to tell you the truth! There is a website you can look up surgeons and see if they have ever been sued for malprctice or punished etc.....I don't remeber it right now, but I will try to think of it, and post it later! I see you are in Iowa City.....are you going to the U of I? I went there and so far the have no deaths, and no major complications....Good Luck Jesi
