30 inches GONE!
Went to Curves today and measured. I was expecting maybe 5 inches gone this month to move me up to 25. I almost fell off the machine I was on when she told me 10 inches this month!!! I'm now down 30 1/4" since I rejoined Curves the end of March!
No wonder I have droopy drawers! Only 3 more pounds to the half century club!
Life is GREAT!
God is good!
Too cool!!! Are you just loving Curves? I went with my mom last week to try one out. The lady showed us the machines and then wanted us to do two more circuits. Well, I had already walked my 4 miles that morning and I had to get to my daughter's t-ball game, so we did not do any more. What do you think about it? Don't want to join until I am sure it is for me.
God bless,
Andrea
I've been going to Curves for 2 mo and really like it. I do find I have to remember to push myself to get the max workout. It's easy to slack if you're not paying attention. For now I feel like this is a good thing. As I get in better shape I think I'll switch to weights tho. For some reason I find it easier to get up & go to Curves at 6 am than to take the dog for a walk... The dog hates me now!!

Lyn,
Don't hang on to that droopy drawers thing too long - you never know when you'll get tagged with a nickname!!!
Congrats, congrats on your accomplishments - those first couple of months after surgery are so exciting. The scale and tape measure move pretty quickly and it makes life really exciting. Remember these moments in the event of any plateaus! (Sorry, I hope I didn't jinx anything!!)
You should be very proud of yourself. Now treat yourself with some new drawers for goodness sake!! LOL!! Like I'm one to tal****ep forgetting that I need new ones everytime I'm at the mall! - Maybe that's something I can accomplish this weekend.
Anyway, keep having fun with the new you and keep up the good work!!!!!
