Weekly Food Log
I have developed a weekly food log that includes date, time, food, reactions, protein, fluid, calories, and supplements. This also has a place to record min of exercise. If you are interested in a copy email me with your email add and I will send you one. I can also modify to your specifications if you tell me what you want. The one I made works for Dr. Glass****'s people. You will need to be able to open a Microsoft Word document to get the log when I send it to you.

It is in the mail, maybe we should get together, I have been on a 2 week stand still as well.
I am working on not getting worried about it (I don't want Andrea to come and take my scale ) So I am just letting my body do what it needs to do at this point. It will come off, I didn't put the weight on overnight and I won't take it off overnight either. Patience has never been one of my strong points.

Actually, remember that you are not far out and your body is learning how to survive with minimal calories. My opinion is that it may go into starvation mode for a while. At 6 weeks, my body did not want to burn calories at all. I had to exercise to get it going again. After two weeks of stepping on the scale, I learned to stay away and only weigh monthly. Your body will learn, I promise. Now, I wonder what will happen if you get all of your fluids in ............?????????

Please don't take my scale, what would I do every morning while waiting for the dogs to do their duty?
Hummmmm, getting all my fluids in. . . . . well, that is still rough as I have another 20 to go tonight and it is 8:00. Guess I won't go to bed until midnight, oh wait. . . .that is when I have been going ever since I had surgery. And I still get up before 7 am.
Believe me, I am really working on the fluids, I want my harley ride!
Now, go get ready for that walk and quit picking on me (even if I did set myself up for it ) Looking forward to hearing from you tomorrow about how you did!
