7/5 roll call and goals

Hey, goals aren't supposed to be self-defeating. Start small, like to walk once this week. Then when you walk more, you will be elated. Or, walk only one time and then work on walking more next week. I know - we'll walk Thursday if you come early! There's one day out of the way!
You're proud of me??? Look at you in your little size 10's!!! You are an inspiration to me!!!

Ok, Mom and I are NOT getting along. I did my best cleaning, then she had to take me to the Drs, in Grinnell, which I had to drive, because she took the wrong pills. So I had to drive to and back with her telling me how to drive. I drive just like my Dad. I'm trying hard to be good.
Goals:
1. TAKE MY MULTI-VITAMINS, I'm constantly shaking all the time, because I'm not taking them like I'm supposed to.
2. Walk more.
3. Drink more water. (Lately, water makes me gag)
4. Get school work done before next Wednesday so I can go to Colorado.
I think I'll leave it at that.
Thanks Andrea for posting goals, it does help me to look at what I need to do also.

That had to be a tough trip for you. I certainly hope that things get better for you soon.
About the vitamins, did you ask your doctor if that is why you are shaking? Are you eating the right foods and enough food? Please be sure that your doctor knows that you are feeling shaky and are having difficulty getting water in.
Hope that you get your schoolwork done so you can go to Colorado. Keep up the work toward your goals and enjoy yourself if you get to go out of town.
