I found out today why I on fish. If it is even a little dry, when you swallon your small bite, it will swell when it hits the juices in the pouch and becomes a too big a bite. Otherwise, I'm doing well and he is pleased with my weight loss, calories, protein, carbs and fat consumption. Lyn 262/228/134 -34

Yeah! You had a good check-up!!! Yuk about the fish. I found that I can't eat rice because it swells in my little tummy too much. EWWWWWWWWWWWWWW Hope you find some alternatives. God bless, Andrea

I am 6 months out and fish still does that to me......I am great with shell fish but the regular stuff swells uo everytime.....and chicken still hits me like a ton of bricks.....our pouches are all different and it takes awhile to figure out what we can and can't tolerate!! Good luck, sounds like you are doing great Jesi
