Something I've never heard!

Last night I fixed chicken breasts for supper. I had my 3 oz on my plate and was pecking away at it. I was full at about an ounce so I stopped. My pouch seems to be finicky at supper time. Anyway, my hubby looked at me and said, Are you eating enough? Are you getting enough protein? I told him I was thru the double milk. Then I got on the computer to enter what I'd eaten and realized I hadn't eaten enough! I had to go eat something! Those are words that have never been spoken about me! It was great to hear!

Hi Lyn it's kind of nice to hear somebody ask are you eating enough. I am the type of person that doesn't eat alot but when I eat I eat the wrong things. I haven't had surgery yet but I can't wait. I want that good feeling of being able to shop for clothes an dactually have them fit right on my body. well good luck and take care. from Lavonda

Hi Lyn, Isn't that great?? It's a shock to the mind isn't it? We have so many concepts to change after this surgery.

Get used to Lyn, I don't eat alot at one time either. I make up for it by eating more often, but do stop when you feel full. I have to otherwise I am sooooo miserable. Any way keep up the good work and remember to sit back and take your time when you eat. I am always the last one at the table at family meals (well me and my 4 year old neice Sammy) We have contests to see who can finish their plate and she usually wins. Paula
