Thanks all for your well wishes! Lyn, I took Janet's advice & started eating 6 meals a day. My other 3 meals I've been eating canteloupe (sp), cauliflower, watermelon, bananas, broccoli, in other words fruits & raw veggies. And pushing the water. Your protein & water sounds good. This helped me break the plateau, maybe will work for you. Love my cottage cheese, tuna, cheese etc as well. I even tried pizza the other night yummy. Ate grilled chicken yesterday & it went down good also. Hope this helps you like it did me.
