Roll call and goals 5/24/04

Hey Andrea, and everyone else! I also have been very bad about posting. Just trying to get through all the end of year activites for my boys at school being home room parent takes up quite a bit of time plus my 10 year old is in 5th grade so he has a lot of activities. So to my goals; 1. Eat more protein, lately all I've eaten is yogurt and granola some chex mix with nuts (BAD CARBS)! 2. Exercise more. 3. Get some sleep. 4. Get housework done. Some good news though going on vacation to Gulf Shores Alabama in two weeks and actually can't wait to get into a swimsuit and hit the beach!!!! Down 68 lbs and 4 months out weight loss has slowed wayyyyyyyyy down but I know why need to walk more and eat more protein! Working all weekend so no plans for the holiday. Everyone have a great weekend and be safe in this wacky weather!

Yeah - everyone seems to have wonderful goals this week!!! I'm sorry that I am not posting with individual encouragement for each of you, but life is too hectic right now at school. (I am advocating for some increased services for two of my students and it's not an easy task.) I have been wayyyyyyyyyyyyy busy!!! With that said, keep up the good work everyone and let's try to be faithful to ourselves this holiday weekend! (And of course be safe in whatever you do!) God bless, Andrea
