WALKING

i just walk 3.5 miles without stopping. phew!!!!! my hind end is numb. i walk the dogs as much as i can, with this weather!! i have 5 dogs so i take turns and breaks. some days i get in 7 miles, not at one time. this is the longest walk i have done. i am so proud of myself. patting meself on the back..lol

Wow, more pats on the back from me! That is a long walk. I need to get outside to walk today since it is not raining now, but my little one is sound asleep. So, going to do some homework instead. Keep up the good work!! God Bless, Andrea
