Frustrated

Hang in there! Ditto with giving up the carbs - believe me, I know how hard that is. I remembery that at abut 6 weeks out, I didn't lose anything for about 2 weeks. Talk abou frustrating! My personal opinion is that your body is going into starvation mode because it has to get used to how little food it is now getting. That in turn slows down your metabolism. If you can get in some exercise to increase metabolism, you may see pounds coming off faster. Even that walk in front of your house will be good. (Can you take some pain reliever first?)
