urination

This is probably a weird question but.... I've been having vag. irritation for 2 months now. Been to 2 different gyn. When you pee now with the extra skin there does the pee run down and cause irritation? If I lean forward to pee it doesn't do this. Could the pee be causing the irritation? Does anyone else have this? I am 1 1/2 yrs post op. - 110 lbs.

Hello, my name is Brandy i post under my mom's name. i am only a month post op and i am still very big and i have that prob now i do think that the pee causes it i put some zincoxide and it claers it up but i don't know how to stop it.
