Hiya Andrea and everyone! Things are going better, I had a major migraine over the weekend, and that was not a lot of fun, but now that I realize that classes are done for now, and I need to just get going on MYSELF for the time being, I feel a lot better. But, I want to thank EVERYONE that emailed me privately or posted a message about my one year. I am very proud of myself, and now I just need to realize that I am WORTH IT and I do deserve to keep losing and be skinny and be happy! My goals for the week will be to do more walking, I do need to mow the lawn again though, it is long long and the first time I didnt even get it all, so that will count one day, then walk a few more days. I would like to start doing some exercises here at home too, that would be great WATER WATER I NEED TO LIVE AND BREATHE THAT STUFF< ! vitamins, hello! I need ya! the hair is getting thin again, I can tell i havent been taking them! also, get over this bladder thing, and all of that. well, I am off to bed, try to sleep later all Judi

Goals.....hmmm....now there is a million dollar challenge.... I guess my first goal would be to post more here and make better use of this wonderful support system. 2nd would be to use my Gazelle FAITHFULLY, at least 3 times a week. 3rd would be to keep a positive attitude while awaiting the answer to my appeal. 4th is to make it through Weigh****chers tonight considering I am having some major fluid retention problems. Nothing worse then gaining 5 lbs and no one believing it is all water!! Have a wonderful week Sheila

Hi Andrea! My goal is to get out there & walk even though this leg/hip kills me. AND get the bike from my friend & start riding fat mama riding bike that'll get the small town talk going! Long as they are talking about me they'll leave someone else alone right?! Seriously I enjoy riding. I would like to lose another 20 lbs before I leave for Denver & if I don't start exercising it won't happen. I have taken the outfit to the cleaners, who knows maybe will be able to REALLY fit into it by end of week! Drinking 40 oz. a day would like to get that to 50 per day. Last but not least start setting weekly goals & keeping to them. Hugs...Carolyn
