i got this for mothers day . toady i finally used it. so far today i have taken 9885 steps, which is 5.61 miles and used up 2668 calories. nifty thingy.

Mary, Great job walking. I have heard of the 10,000 step program. I got my mom a pedometer a few weeks ago. She found that initially she wasn't walking around as much as she thought she was. It has really opened her eyes. Thanks for sharing and great job! Janine 5/16/03 BTC-Belvidere

walmart has 2 kinds. i got the blue that counts calories. i think its 8.47 the one that doesnt count calories is 4 something. if you cant find one email me. i will get u one
