Anyone have Iowa Health Solutions?

Does anyone have Iowa Health Solutions/Title 19? How long did it take for approval for surgey and what did they need for approval?

I had title 19 and when they got all the paper work and to the right department it only took them one day to approve me...i don't know if that is normal or not.......lynda
