Hi Tina: I eat bread, no problem. But I didn't start until about week 9. I do try to stay away from it because of the carbs. I find that I crave snacks when I eat too many carbs. I hear some people can eat it and others can't. I would take it slowly and follow my surgeon's suggestions. Good Luck, Eileen

Tina, I think that we could have toast at weeks five or six. I did not pu**** though, because the first time or two, it really upset my tummy. I still don't eat it much because of the carbs. No room for all of that when I need protein first. Follow your surgeon's plans, and good luck. God bless, Andrea

Hey woman!!! How ya doing? I think toast was in my stages between pureed and soft foods. I am just going from memory here, and everyone knows I am out of my mind! LOL but I think anything that disolves in warm water in like 15 min. is considered soft. I know bread was something that I missed a lot, but once I could have it, it kind of lost it's appeal. Be sure to write and keep in touch! Elizabeth
