yardwork

for the frist time in years i am doing yardwork. i am planting a hummingbird garden. boy , i am glad i have most of it done too. we are having rain storms up the ying yang now!!!! its been almost 1 year. i started out at 307 and am now 164. life is wonderful !!!!!!!!!!!

wow that is great Mary I enjoyed the lat meeting it was fun I will be at the next one i actally went down another size to 14s its hard to believe. keep up the good work see you at the meeting. Laurie

Mary - I mowed my yard for the first time ever last night!!! Started at 8:00 and push mowed for a full hour until it was dark. I think that counts as an extra day of walking/exercise!!! I was so proud and so full of energy when I was done, that I came inside and cleaned until 1:00 a.m. Wow!!! Life IS good!!! God bless, Andrea
