My plateu is finally over. I am in the century club now. I am down 103#s. My spirits are high again and I' ready for the next 100. My plateu was the worst kind. Two or three pounds a month for three months. YUCK!! God is good!!!! DeAnne

Congratulations!!!! I cannot even imagine what 100 lbs will feel like! (my goodness, I haven't weighed that since High School!!!!!!!!!) I've been kind of down the past couple days (*maybe just a funk) thanks for the inspiration!!! Kelly B.
