How many of you are able to eat beef? I was told 70% of us can't digest beef after surgery. Dr. Sundberg's patients - where did you find the Boost Breeze? I am only able to find Tropical Fruit and Mixed Berry. I really want Peach and Apple. And how about the sublingual B12? Thanks and everyone have a great weekend! I'm going to clean my really dirty house. Oh, the roof has been repaired! Lyn

Okay, maybe I'm crazy. I just went out the the Boost web site and they said 2 flavors, Tropical Fruit and Mixed Berry. But Connie had some brand sitting on her desk that was Apple and Peach. Any ideas??? I may have to call her Monday.

Lyn, Hi, sorry that I can't help you with the boost breeze - but I have never used it. About the beef - yep - I eat it. I love a burger made with beef and pork and seasonings, an egg and a few smashed crackers. Mmmmmmmmmmm - grilled to perfection with a piece of cheese on top and one of those sandwich pickles - I can eat maybe a half of a small burger if I don't have much else. I try not to pu**** and eat too much, though. I even eat burger in taco meat and usually do not have a problem. About the sublingual B12 - I got some at Wal-Mart. Glad to hear that your roof is fixed! God bless, Andrea

Can't help with the boost but you can get the sublingual B12 at every pharmacy or store that sells vitamins. Just check the label. It will tell if you need to put it under your tongue. I didn't check & for about 3 weeks I was just swallowing it. Didn't do any good that way. At 4 1/2 months, I still have difficulty with beef. I can eat ground if it's in a soup or chili but eating a hamburger, forget it! And no matter how carefully I make steak, I still can't eat it. I try but it just hurts while digesting. Pity, we just butchered & I am grilling some beautiful rib eyes & T-bones. I have just started to successfuly eat very thinly sliced roast beef from the deli. By the way, can't eat pork either. I believe my pouch wants to be a vegetarian & I am starting to agree with it. Dixie

Lyn, ask your dr. about the boost breeze. when i came home the hospital sent me home with my resource drinks. On the beef at first it tasted funny to me. but now it is ok as long as it is cooked in something. people i have talked to say at first it has a funny taste but longer they are out and they try it again it gets better tasting........lynda

Hi Lyn: Ohh Beef: it used to be my favorite food. I really don't seem to care for steak much anymore. I do still like ground beef and I eat it a couple of times a week. As for the other questions you had, I'm sorry I can't help, because I don't use any of them. Good Luck, Eileen
