70 lbs gone forever!!!!!!

I just got home from the drs. office and i am down 70 lbs. the dr is so happy with my progress. i am so happy now i cant believe it. i was wrong the guest speaker is next month. it is about a lady that had this surgery and she wrote a book. if any of you are close to carroll get a hold of me and i will tell you all about it..... everyone have a great day.......lynda
