Had Psych eval

Well, I survived. I sure did have writer's cramp after filling in all the little dots. Reminded me of Iowa Tests of Basic Skills, except for the strange questions. Would you like to be a forest ranger? How bout an auto racer? Maybe a singer or florist? Have I thought about killing myself phrased at least 5 different ways. Do I hear things other people don't? Is someone controlling my thoughts or putting thoughts into my brain? Are you answering the questions truthfully, about 5 different ways. Then I got all paranoid because it only took me about an hour to answer about 700 questions. Oh well, it's over. Nothing I can do now but wait. Have to wait a week to find out if I'm nutty or not. Just to set the record straight, I don't hear things others don't and nobody is putting thoughts in my brain. At least not today! I'm glad it's over.

So is someone controling you? Do you hear things only you can hear? were you being truthful 5 dfferent ways? That is a stupid test, it identifies personalty disorders, and what personality disorders don't handle WLS? I think someone talking to you discussing whether you are really able to handle that kind of life style change, but that is only my opinion and nobody has called me lately asking for it! Lynette, You're almost there!!!!!!!! Hang in there, it won't be long before you find out the results. Sorry to hear that you had to handwrite the answers - my testing was done on a computer in a room where the air conditioning was turned down to about 50 degrees! Brrrrrrrrrrr Probably trying to see if being cold would set me off. It didn't, but definitely kept me awake! Let us know when you get the official word that you are not crazy !! God bless, Andrea
