Sunny & 72 degrees here in Fort Dodge... it's absolutely FABULOUS outside and here i sit INSIDE at my computer at work I'm having a "fat" week..and all you gals know what i mean..lol... i wish i was a man! ugh. Good news is next week I'll feel "skinny" again..and i always lose ALOT right after so that's ! ~~Dawn

It was beautiful today, the dogs loved it, going to the park and running. I wish Icould have run and jumped and rolled too!

We had a great day! 72 degrees and sunny...my son even got all red and sweaty playing today. We had a marathon park day...another friend of mine and her kids went with us...we went to 3 different parks and had a picnic..we were outside from 9:30am-1pm. Then it was naptime and my trainer came over to work out. He's a friend of mine...we've known each other from HS and he's hardly charging me a thing...I feel very blessed to be working with him-he's teaching me so much...like strengthening my "core" with pilates, yoga and working with an exercise ball. Also because he's a trainer and always trying to learn more about helping people..he asks me lots of questions about being overweight and why I would overeat and what was going on in my mind. I did tell him that unless he was morbidly obese himself...he may never be able to understand what goes on in our heads ...What a rare and beautiful breed we are Deb

Hello it was 60s here today cloudy all day I went for my 2 mile walk and sat on the deck to get fresh air I love this warm weather.

Hi Dawn, It was warm in this part of the state today, but started out with rain and thunderstorms - too cool (I love a good storm)! Was cloudy the rest of the day, but dry. Did my walking this morning at the mall, but still got in 2 miles, then "shopped my butt off"!!! Enjoying God's blessing in spring, Andrea
