Help!! Weight Gain!

I usually just lurk here, but I really need some advice from you all. I'm almost 5 months post-op, and had been doing really well...was down 80 pounds at 4 months. In the past two weeks, I had not lost any weight, but had gone down about two inches in my waist and hips, so thought it was just time to "regroup." When I weighed this weekend, however, I was up seven pounds, and this evening was up eleven!! I was on vacation last week, so didn't exercise quite as regularly as I should have (daughter had surgery, so spent the week at home with her), but I have been pretty careful about what I'm eating, and trying to drink all my water. Has this happened to anyone, and do you have any ideas for what I can do to turn it around? I have been back on my exercise routine since Saturday, and was really hoping I'd at least stay the same this week. Thanks, Shelly

Shelly, my guess is it has to be jus****er weight. Of course, always ask your Dr., but I would try drinking more water (I know, doesn't make sense, but it does work!) and elevating your legs whenever possible. Is is near that time of the month? I always have and I guess always will, add water weight then. Hope this helps, Elizabeth
