I have an idea!

I know it is hard to believe, but I got this "old" brain to thinking and was wondering about a weekly "goals for this week" post. How about some input on this? It doesn't really have to even be weight oriented. I think for me anyway, it would be a good way to be accountable for my actions. Let me know what you guys think. We could do a "goals for this week" and then a "how I did" post . We usually have quite a few for the roll calls so I thought this might work. My goals for this week are: (1) since the weather is supposed to be nicer finally, to spend an extra 15 minutes on my walk with my dogs each day. (2) substitute 1 cup of coffee for 1/2 cup coffee and an extra bottle of water. This week that is enough I think since I start babysitting for my new neice while my sister starts back to work. That is a big change as it is! LOL Elizabeth

Excellent idea Elizabeth. I have 3 goals this week (1) organize my bedroom (2) exercize at least 3 times this week (3) trade off soda for water with my afternoon snack. I have lots of personal issues this week. Prayers and positive thoughts are needed and appreciated. Paula

This is a great idea Elizabeth. I have 1 goal this week and it is to read the bible everyday...it is also part of my Lenten goal. Hopefully by spending time with God's word everyday I will have the strength to do anything. Thanks for this idea, Deb Paul

Elizabeth, A great idea! My goals this week are to get out and WALK more, kids are on spring break so it's a great family time with them. Also to do some spring cleaning. Have a great week everyone!

Once again, Elizabeth, what a wonderful idea! You are such an asset to these boards! My goal should be that of Deb's, and I will start that because have a lot of studying of The Word that I need to do. I also intend to walk this week even though I'm on spring break. (I usually walk at school three days a week with a walking club for students, parents, teachers and staff.) I did walk Monday over 2 miles, but not sure about tomorrow with the rain forecasted. A third goal is to not snack while I am at home all week. Thanks for the idea, Andrea
