Hi Jesi - I was wondering if there is anything you can tell me about Dubuque??? We are thinking about taking a trip there sometime to check out the indoor waterpark - and I heard someone mention a mesuem or something with like aligators and stuff - Do you know anything about these places - or any other ideas on what to do for fun while there!! Sunny, how are you doing? I have been thinking of you a lot lately. What foods are you eating now? Give me a quick update!!!

Hi Sharon - How are you doing????!!!!! I'm feeling great!! I have just been really trying to concentrate on water mostly - I had been doing terrible with it before (only got like 24 oz in daily) so that is my main goal - Im not getting near enough protein in either!! Im still just eating like yogurt and SF pudding and stuff like that - some soups. I did make myself an egg and put it on a piece of toast - I did great with that and it tasted good too!! Sometimes I eat like 3 or 4 saltine crackers and put some peanut butter on it - that taste good too!! How about you?? Not sure how much I've lost - I had my husband hide the scale - I dont want to make a habit of weighing all the time!! I was at first and got discouraged a couple of days when I didnt see it move - but at 3 weeks I was down 18 lbs. so Im happy with that!! Just waiting for me to feel it and see it now!! I would love to go down a pant size or something!! Let me know how you are!!!! Sunny

The waterpark is great and worth the trip......Right by the new waterpark is the museum.....they do have a lot of animals in there....and it is a lot about the river and such too.....along with your admission into the musuem you get to tour an old boat thing too and it is fun......there is a grea****er walk at the new musuem also, very pretty......Depending on when you are coming......If you wait till April then the paddel boats start doing tours on the mississippi......There is also the 4th street cable car square.....It is the shortest steepest cable car in america.......You can ride it up and down for like a dollar.....when you get to the top you can take as much time looking at the city(beautiful view) before you have to go down....it is fun and neat(kinda scary for me)lol......We have a mall...on the westend of town we have a new shopping area....right now it only has Old Navy and pier one and a couple others.....but it is growing for sure!!! We have a casino boat and dog tracks/casino! There are some great resturants.....there is just plenty of stuff to do.....If you decide to come, let me know.....I would love to meet up with you! Oh thanks Jesi! Sounds like we will have to make the trip for sure!! I wonder how long it will take us to get there - We live in Ankeny - so maybe like 3 hours you think?? I am going to check with my husband to see what works on when we can come! He works on Saturdays so its hard for us to get a two day weekend!
