Did anyone feel like this?

I did my bowel prep today. I drank two Phospho Soda yummie! Anyway besides being nasty did anyone just feel so drained or had a bad case of the flu ? I serously feel awful. And the cramps in my feet and legs unsure if its a potassium depletion but I am pushing the gatorade. Don't need to have an obstacle in the way now one day til my surgery! Thanks !

Those bowel preps are rough. I know I usually feel like that afterwards. But just think, one day and you're going to get some really deep sleep!! Take care of yourself and I hope your surgery goes great!! Let us know when you can.

Hi Kimberly, Yes I experienced the bad case of flu.I was so sick I almost called surgery off. But I am sooooo glad I didn't. I have met my 100 pound goal in 8 months. Now I am maintaining. I can't wait until it gets nice outside. So I can have fun with my boys. You will do great with this surgery. You will be in our thoughts and prayers. Good luck and keep drinking!!!lol RoseAnn Knight
