9 months

its nine months now!!!! i have lost a total of 134 pounds!!!! i went from a 5x to 14. LIFE IS WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!!

Deb: I have not heard from you??? I have been going to weigh****chers, and have lost almost 18 lbs. I am walking and also weight=lifting and I think that that's the key. I am currently doing the 6 mo supervised diet. I hear that pretty soon all the mayor insurance companies are going to make it more difficult for wls. so i had to persue something and so I decided to go to weigh****cher. hope to hear from you soon. shine
